You can have your shooting experience be very automated, with auto-focus and many other features or you can have full manual control over every aspect of your photograph. The kit includes everything needed to start taking and experiencing wonderful photos.
The camera itself is very professional. Although the lens provided is the basic for digital SLRs, it has a wide range of focus.
The spare battery is most beneficial and with the 16GB card and card reader you can shoot all day and not have to worry about running out of space. To be so hi-tech and professional the camera is very user-friendly.
But, if you're serious about photography I would think about upgrading the lens.All in all it is probably the BEST photography bundle for new photographers or students. All I have to say is "GET IT, BEFORE IT IS GONE."
horrible. So I did. The camera itself is fine. So I placed the order. What a waste of time.I'm a new to DSLR and thought this place has good reviews. I purposely ordered the black/silver version because I don't like the black/gold camera. I called their customer service and they said they'd refund shipping up to $16 for me to send the camera back(body only) so that they can exchange it for me.
Wow. Their customer service. Several days later, their return dept called me and said that I was supposed to send both the camera body and the lens back cuz the regular version includes the lens already. The description here doesn't say it's black/gold and the pictures don't reflect that, either. But they sent me the wrong item (black/gold). so I have to send it back(they refund this one up to $7) and wait for another week before they send out my camera. Too disappointed.
The camera and the accessories arrived on time.the camera is great and being a beginner i found the operation very easy. i recommend this to anyone and everyone.
The Kit provided everything needed. the manual is good and makes quick opperation easy.The resulting pictures are great. Use of all the camera's features requirs use and reference to the manual.
It is capable of professional level photo's using the supplied lens. Plenty of reviews of the camera going around so I will add that I love mine. I'm pretty much a newbie to DSLR's and this camera makes the transition easy. The extra items I feel are bonuses because most places sell the camera alone for this amount. All the additional items work well and its worth any small extra you pay if you need these items.
